Hi everyone,
Well, it's finals week. I can't believe that I'm about to leave school for good! And what better way to celebrate than with a bunch of impossibly difficult tests? That's what I always say. Because I'm insane. Anyway, I am really going to miss my friends and all the amazing teachers at CRAS. It has been one of the greatest experiences of my life.
Yesterday I took the Pro Tools 210 certification and I passed, so I am officially certified in Pro Tools. I also passed the Waves certification, so I have that little bugger tucked into the belt as well. I think that's about it for me as far as certifications go. But I still have three really massive tests this week. I never thought I would look forward to learning Studer tape machine alignment, but since it's the only day this week without a massive final test, I'm thinking that I'm really into it. Heh!
Anyway, just under a week and I'm leaving Phoenix. I will miss everyone! Thank you again to all of the musicians, game developers, and of course Racket Magazine for helping me make my way through school. The number one contributor to my life, though? My beautiful wife, Addie. She held multiple jobs just to make our ends meet! I owe it all to her!
